Mobbing at work.
It’s like one is watching a movie and it’s not happening to you. Winn was offered a job in one of the hospitals in one District, That hospital was not so big and had a laboratory department divided in several units. These units had different bosses and the workers were assigned to their different working stations. Workers from other departments were not allowed to do work on the apartment that was not under their boss.
The day Winn was invited by her boss to the interview she was so happy. It was like a dream come true. The interview went so great and her boss was really a very nice person. She was positive and kept her word. This pleased Winn so much and she was looking forward to work for her. The second time Winn was invited to me with her boss again but this time it was not for the interview. It was to with her fellow workers whom she was going work with and it really felt wonderful. At last she was going work after receiving her licence of that work. The boss introduced her to some the colleagues at the laboratory and they welcomed her warmly. She felt happy until her boss introduced her two other colleagues on one their department, whereby one of the colleagues questioned why the boss had employed Winn and even gave her a Permanent position. Winn was shocked and so was the boss and the other colleague this colleague was with. The other colleague collected up herself and welcomed Winn. The boss explained herself the upset colleague that their group needed more workers. This upset stormed out of the room, while Winn and the boss continued their tour of all the departments for that group. This was the first day of mobbing for Winn at her new work place. And she wondered what a welcome she received on her first day. She thought that the thing will be better later but she was wrong. Infect the thing did not become better but they become worse and worse.
Winn was prevented from learning the work on the other departments that were included in that group and taught only the laboratory department. As time went by Winn became good at her work in the laboratory department. The good boss was replaced by a mean boss who hated Winn without even knowing who the person she was. The colleague who questioned the boss why she hired Winn, she quit her job and relocated to another smaller hospital’s laboratory. Then all the other colleagues turned on Winn as the one to blame for their colleague’s quitting. The mobbing intensified at the laboratory and on top of that the tried their level best to hack Winn’s passwords in the computer so as to make her make mistakes in the patients journals. With the Lord God’s grace they failed to hack her password. This made her colleagues, very argy and they began to plan and plot on how to bring her down by all means. They started to put her down saying that she couldn’t do her work properly. She was put to read all the protocols over again and again saying that she had to master all the proceeds at the laboratory, which she did without fail. So it became their everyday touching of Winn. Although she did her best not show how she was feeling but deep down she was hurting. How could the whole group gang up one innocent person who had done no wrong to anyone of the colleagues.
The colleagues started campaigning on how to get her fired from her job. They started tapering with patients’ samples and products like blood transfusion products whereby the switched documents of the blood products. With our Lord God’s will their trap was not strong enough as the switched documents accompanied two blood products, which were ordered for the same patient. That way their plan on making her loss her licence fall flat. They did not stop there but continued to plan new plots on how to get Winn fair and/or loss her licence to practise Biomedicine.
People can be really mean to others and find it a joy to toucher other human being that was what was happening to Winn. The colleague started talking behind Winn that other workers on other departments also notices the way they were treating Winn. Some of the other workers on the other departments mentioned to them pointing out that they should not treat their colleague in such a way. Winn’s colleagues could in other room to talk about her while other workers on the other departments were hearing what they are planning and plotting. At times other workers from other different department standby to support her with just coming by speak to her. It felt good for Winn to see that there were still some people who took her as human being. These workers also could greet her while passing by her and this lightened Winn is day that. Mobbing people first isolate their victims from everyone using forceful accuse their victims of claims they have not committed, which lead other people around these victims to avoid them hence giving way to their offenders. In the case of Winn there was one major colleague who was leading the group of manipulating the system. That as a male colleague who failed to get the position of the boss. This made him very argy and so his anger he turned it on the foreign fellow colleagues and one of them was Winn. Apart from Winn all the other foreign colleagues on that department had temporary jobs so this offender concentrated his attacks on Winn.
The life at Winn’s work place became so unbearable that Winn lost all her love for that work. Her colleagues were out to check her movement and try see or do things that Winn could make mistakes, which would lead to her being fired or loss her licence of practising. This came at many occasions that Winn lost count on. Winn’s Guardian Angel never failed to warn her of the danger ahead. This saved Winn from falling in the set traps of the evil colleagues. The new boss joined the evil treatment of Winn by this boss working together with Winn’s colleagues to bring her down.
There were at times when Winn walked into a room at her work place where colleagues were talk and they all kept quit. While on other occasions some colleagues went out of the room because they did not want to be in the same room with Winn. This type of mobbing was common during this time of trails for Winn. In the beginning it hart Winn very much and she wondered what she did to disserve all this ill treatment but as time went by she got used to this ill treatment. Winn began to ignore all the ill treatment toward her and this made them very angry and the boss too. The boss gave them authority to go and create evidence against Winn so that she would be able to show it up to her highest bosses in order for the company to fire Winn. This authority gave way to the evil colleagues to now plot traps and accessions against Winn openly. They involved other workers on other departments who so willingly helped these evil colleagues of Winn. The battle was now on for Winn and her evil colleagues. Life at the laboratory became very had for Winn now she had nowhere to turn and she began not to trust anyone but herself. One of the foreign colleagues one day met her alone and gave her a message, which shocked Winn very much that a chill went through her Spinal cord. He said Winn be aware of this evil man (leading evil colleague) he is out to destroy you and he continued I heard him today planning on doing it. So watch every one of your steps. This foreign colleague harried on out of that room and Winn remained there standing very stain. What could she do? The only person Winn could turn to and who has not failed her in any of her trails throughout her life was Lord God Almighty through His Son Lord Jesus Christ and His Mother Mary. It was through Him that Winn got this information from her nice colleague. So Winn as always turned to Him for help and the Lord God did not let her down. Even if the road was stipe and slippery He was always there to see her through.
The things at work did not get any better at all but went down the hill. The plotting of traps intensified but these traps failed to trap Winn. This made the new boss became very angry that their plans and plots had fail, which made the boss to outwardly bust out it to Winn saying why do not you why do not you agree on these accusations (wrong accusations) and we get over with it. Winn refused to agree on these accusations since she had not done anything wrong. So the boss took it in her power to see Winn fired but it was not as easy as this boss thought. Winn’s case dragged on from days to weeks, from weeks to months and from months to years.
Under all this time so many things were done to see that Winn would be fired but under the law of their organisation did not allowed any worker who was permently employed to be fired, so the only way the company could in Winn’s case was to move her to other departments where she could work if her own group did not want her on their department. So the boss decided to send Winn on the departments that had heavy workloads. Although Winn knew that this type of work will bring back pains in her injured shoulder. Winn did not complain but went to work on these departments no matter how much pain she was experiencing. The first department the boss changed her on was within their own department, which was heavy and there was an evil foreign colleague who did not want Winn at all and was among those evil colleagues who wanted Winn to be fired. So when he saw that Winn had been transferred to his part of department, he made it a point to make it difficult for Winn. He left most of his work for Winn to do and all the heavy work too. She did most of this work without much complaint until it became unbearable for Winn and this man was becoming more and more aggressive towards Winn. He abused her every single chance he got, called her names (idiot, good for nothing, mentioned that everyone hated her on that department and they all wanted her gone, etc) and even sometimes made movements as wanting to slap Winn in the face. Winn mentioned to their boss but instead the boss accused Winn of being the one who provoked this evil man of doing and saying these bad things to her. This man had previously been dismissed from the other departments due to his bad behoves and that why he was moved to this Winn’s department. It was so hard for Winn to believe how their boss could support such acts at a work place. Then all came to Winn’s understanding that this is way the new boss and Winn’s colleagues thought they could easily get rid of Winn by using this evil man. The evil man did his part very well that way. As it was not enough for the boss to support tis evil man and the other evil colleagues, the boss went ahead and sent Winn to another department with even more heavier work loaded than the one they had sent her previously. This made her injured arm worse hence leading her into a long sick leave, which lasted for a very long time. During this time they had changed Winn to several department, which worsened Winn’s air to the extent that the arm could drop things she was holding in it. To make matters worse her other arm got injured too and it also lost its normal feelings. Even now the boss still wanted Winn on a department with even heavier work than the previous ones but the boss’ plans failed because there were much other authorities involved and not only the boss and her evil employees. By this time Winn had given up on any hope of escaping this trouble work place and the people in it. Then with the Lord God’s grace Winn was given an opportunity to work in at another hospital at the same type of laboratory. Although the computer programme was new to Winn and since her new boss did not allow her to be in the course with the group. She was taught the new programme and she mastered it well that she began working with it perfectly as if she had been at the course like the others. Winn did her new duties very well. By this time she thought that now she got a new group of workmates and now she thought she was going to settle in the new group and enough her work. All her happiness came to an end as quickly as it has started as the new group began to team up with Winn’s old group and boss. These two groups made Winn’s days at work miserable that even at her new job they started treating Winn very differently. They started doing the same things the old group was doing to her while she at their laboratory department. This continued until the former evil boss order the new group’s boss to put Winn out of her group and put Winn to work in jobs that were below her calcification and she went to work with it but Winn’s health could not permit her due to the pains in both her arms. Winn had to be written off to a sick leave and this made her evil boss very argy. Winn was given a sick leave, which went from one week to months, her arms lost feelings and strength in them that the work the evil boss want her to work with her health could not permit it. The boss tried to her level best to enforce this heavy work on Winn but the health department could not allow it. The boss did her everything in her power to see Winn ended up in the waste place. The Lord God was on Winn’s side. He granted her a new very well paid job within her profession.
